Sending your personal information to other countries
Your personal information may be transferred outside of the UK and the European Economic Area. We use a system called Campaign Monitor to send our newsletters and any additional information you have signed-up to receive. Campaign Monitor does store data in USA based data centres. Information stored in the USA is transferred to Campaign Monitor on the understanding that personal data is adequately protected in accordance with the eighth principle of the Data Protection Act 1998 and, from 25 May 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Where we store your information
When you make a booking or buy a product or service from us via our website, we will store your information in the systems that we use to process those bookings and provide services and in our customer relationship management system. When you sign up to receive marketing communications from us your email address or postal address and preferences are stored in our website database and the email system that we use to send email communications. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the email or by emailing email@example.com
How we ensure the security of your information
All information is stored on secure servers and temporary hard copies are kept securely until digitised and then destroyed.
Please note: sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us by email and sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
