How Educational Visits Administrators (EVAs) can best assist Educational Visits Coordinators (EVCs) and Headteachers with the administration of educational visits.
To develop staff who provide administrative support for Educational Visits Coordinators (EVC'S) and help plan visits. They will be trained how to effectively use Evolve (the internet-based notification and approval system) and where to access current guidance and support. NOTE: This course does not cover the training required of a full EVC
Following this course you will: o understand the roles and responsibilities of an Educational Visits Administrator (EVA) o understand the role of the Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) o know how to access support, having received practical advice and high quality training o be able to follow the Local Authority's approval process o be introduced to Evolve to use within your own school.
