Primary Mathematics Professional Network

Outline

Work collaboratively with Mathematics subject leaders and Maths subject experts, to make meaningful changes in the teaching and learning of Mathematics.

Description

“A chance to evaluate actions, subject leadership, gain understanding of updates, network with colleagues and consider future subject development. “ Networker 2019

Our Networks involve three full day face-to-face sessions with one of our Mathematics Team. The sessions provide local and national updates that are specific to mathematics, whilst linking to the wider educational picture. Within every Network there is time to discuss and debate the Teaching of Mathematics based on the collaborative feedback of what really works in Norfolk and Suffolk classrooms and sessions are tailored to the needs and priorities of the network schools. The Mathematics Team challenges the subject leaders to take relevant information back to their schools and empower them to develop their leadership role to improve the Teaching and Learning of Mathematics.
