Advice and support –the NCC Educational Visits Adviser (EVA), provides advice and support via the telephone, E-Mail or site meetings, on all aspects of the educational visits process, to the Schools Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC).
Access to the EVOLVE visit planning system - via an establishment account with full range of user accounts including school staff, EVC, head teacher and Read Only (Governor) users. The internal management of these accounts is the responsibility of the EVC.
Training courses: for individuals and it is also possible to arrange training for staff on a school or cluster basis with regard to Visit Planning, Visit Leadership, Evolve, etc. See Educational Visits Training courses.
